Keith Murray
Managing Director
Keith is the Managing Director here at Ryan. He set the ‘Ryan’ business up in 1998. Ryan was set up to be customer driven and be solution driven. I think it’s fair to say Keith’s vision has become reality.
Keith is an avid musician and play’s trombone in a jazz orchestra. Keith loves his sport and originally from the North East is a boyhood Middlesbrough fan but since moving to Sussex has following Crawley Town FC. Like his wife Alyson, he loves to be abroad in the sun. He’s also known to be partial to the odd red wine.

James Teale
Sales Director
James has been with Ryan for almost 10 years, starting off as a casual driver and has worked his way through the ranks to head up the Sales team. In 2020 James came on board as a Director and continues to help the business to grow.
Outside of work James is an avid Arsenal fan, enjoys playing 18 holes and hitting the slopes on his snowboard. James can often be found testing out the latest obscure craft beer or trying his hand at recreating an exotic recipe. He also enjoys spending time with his family and has 2 young children to keep him on his toes!

Alyson Murray
Accounts Manager
Alyson heads up the accounts team here at Ryan and has been the rock of the business since day one! Alyson really keeps the cogs turning here behind the scenes and always keeps the rest of us in check!
When Alyson is not working she enjoys a good spa day with the girlies, good food, drinking bubbles and dog walks with our beloved Ravanelli. Alyson loves nothing more than being on holiday in the sun and, when it’s not being delivered to the office, to do a bit of shopping, especially if it’s for a holiday!

Jason Clough
General Manager
Jason joined us here in 2021 and is our General Manager, having previously worked in the service and parts departments at main dealerships- with over 15 years experience in the motor trade.
Jason is the main point of contact when you face an issue whether needing a vehicle recovered, serviced or repaired as well as assisting Alyson in accounts.
Jason is a proud husband and father to two children and is the owner of our very own Dexter dog!

Michael Haydon
Retail Sales Manager
Michael joined us in 2020 and is responsible for retail sales of new and used vehicles.
With 35 years’ experience in the motor trade, he uses a positive attitude, sense of humour and personal skills to make sure all our clients are looked after.
When he’s not selling vehicles, Michael’s hobbies include cycling, playing golf and football and taking to the slopes for a bit of skiing. As a life-long Chelsea fan Michael also enjoys going to watch games with his family.

Prudence Teale
HR & Compliance Manager
Coming from a legal background Prudence looks after the HR and Compliance side of things here at Ryan making sure the team and workplace is all up-to-date with the latest rules and regs!
When at home Prudence is a mum to two children who keep her hands full and enjoys family days out to the coast. She is a real foodie and loves nothing more than to try different cuisines her favourite being Thai. She has also been known to enjoy a gin or three!

Ravanelli
Senior Quality Inspector
Rav is a member of the Murray household and has been part of the Ryan family for the last 12 years. Named after the legendary Middlesbrough striker Fabrizio Ravanelli. He’s a tremendous judge of character so you don’t want to get on the wrong side of him!
In his spare time, he can be found sunbathing on the foyer sofa here at Ryan House, barking at the postman or stealing sandwiches out the Teams bags!

Dexter
Head of Security
Dexter is our Apprentice here at Ryan and is Rav’s slightly younger more boisterous counterpart. When he isn’t zooming around the office looking for a belly rub he can often been found sunbathing on the sofa alongside Rav.
